Throughout his mortgage career, Michael has been involved with many unique mortgage products making him an expert in his field, especially with purchase transactions. As a result, he has received several awards and recognition, including the honor to help develop a new and innovative loan program through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Michael has also been invited to speak at conferences and expositions to top real estate professionals about his vast amount of experience.

Michael specializes in all types of residential loan types, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, non-QM, bank statement loans, DSCR, refinance, home equity lines of credit.

Inspiration for Michael is fueled by the love for his family. He cherishes time spent making memories with his wife, Danielle, and his four children, Drake, Haley, Norah and Jack.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
